Saw this job description today for a job as Base Manager in Darfur.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in a relevant field; and/ or 2-5 years experience in cross-cultural development project setting

• Strong organizational skills with ability to take a leadership role

• Ability to operate for extended periods in very austere conditions

• Ability to travel on horseback/donkey back
