On Sunday it was World Refugee Day. As Camp Managers we spent the whole day in Makpandu, organising activities for the day. The refugees from DRC and CAR performed traditional dances, drama on SGBV and HIV and we organised football and volleyball matches between organisations working in the settlement and the refugees.

The new Governor of Western Equatoria State came to the celebrations and gave a speech.
Awards handed out for Cleanest Plot. One households in each block of the settlement was given a price for having the cleanest home.
